The Feedback Survival Kit:

How to Give and Receive Feedback and Still Be OK

We all want feedback—until someone actually gives it to us.

Feedback is essential to growth, but giving it can feel awkward and receiving it can feel personal. The Feedback Survival Kit helps participants understand why feedback can be so difficult—and gives them practical ways to handle it more effectively.

Through conversation, reflection, and interactive activities, participants explore how to give feedback that is useful and respectful, receive feedback without immediately becoming defensive, and navigate the emotions and assumptions that can get in the way of productive conversations.

Trust: Mission Possible?

Building the Relationships That Make Great Work Possible

Trust isn’t a team-building activity. It’s how the work gets done.

Trust shapes how people communicate, collaborate, take risks, solve problems, and respond when things go wrong. In this interactive workshop, participants explore what builds trust, what damages it, and what each person can do to create stronger working relationships.

Through discussion, reflection, and experiential activities using Mayer's ABI framework (ability, benevolence, and integrity), participants examine trust in real-world situations and identify practical behaviors that help people feel respected, supported, and confident working together.

The Four Squares of Caring

A popular saying among educators is, "They don't care what you know until they know that you care." In this workshop, we'll explore Dr. Joye Norris' Four Squares of Caring. We will discover how caring about yourself, your topic, your learners, and their learning can change the way teaching and learning happens in your spaces.
